The St Christopher’s Association is a registered charity (number 1108073) established to enhance the schooling experience of the pupils at St Christopher’s The Hall. Abbreviated to the SCA it is similar to a PTA.
Each term, the SCA organises various events, bringing teachers, parents, carers and pupils together to raise funds for specific projects. In recent years the SCA has helped fund the ICT suite, a new school minibus, a playground re-vamp, a new school library, a musical instrument loan scheme and lots more.
The SCA has committee meetings each school term and all parents, carers and teachers are invited to attend. The SCA is run entirely by volunteers and everyone is welcome to get involved.
We also run a SCA second-hand uniform shop. The shop has a wide selection of uniform, gifted from parents, in great condition and at bargain prices. The second-hand uniform shop is open every Friday morning from 08:30 – 09:30.
How can you help?
We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the kind support of the parents & carers and the time of our volunteers. You will hear lots from us over the course of the school year and we hope you will be able to support us.
If you are interested in helping the SCA in any way, if you have any fundraising ideas or just you want to learn more about our initiatives please do get in touch at stchristophersassociation@gmail.com.
