Hockey Year 3 and 6 – £65 per child (max 20 children).
This will be run by Mr. Sam Djavit on Wednesdays from 3rd May to 5th July (inclusive), after school from 4-5pm. Gum shields and shin pads are required.
Sam started hockey at primary school age 10 and loved it straight away, it has so many skills and tricks to learn. He joined Blackheath Hockey Club, which was great fun and he still has many friends there now.
He played for the South of England and then went on to play in the National League for 9 years at Bromley and Beckenham Hockey Club.
Sam has been a professional coach for 23 years. He has worked with England Hockey under 16’s and 18’s, both girls and boys, including Adam Buckle who
plays for Great Britain u21’s. He has also coached at national level with Bromley and Beckenham.
Sam has the most experience in junior coaching. In the last 23 years, he has worked in over 50 schools and junior clubs. He worked out the other day, he has coached 25,000 children to play hockey!
So, come and join the club, to have fun learning hockey and you never know, you could go to the Olympics one day!
